Life Lesson 50- Starting Over. One of the most difficult things we can do in life is start over. It makes us feel as if we have failed and will never be able to get back what we once had. We need to understand that life is a cycle, much like the cycles of a year. We have cold days but we know for sure the sun will come out and warm us to our core. We need to apply that same thought to our lives.
Life Lesson 49- Don’t argue with an idiot. There is no way to win an argument with ignorant people. They are not smart enough to know when they are wrong. When you are faced with an ignorant cuss just nod your head, smile and say “really” a lot. This tends to please them. When they figure out you are not going to argue they will find someone else to play with.
Life Lesson 48- The Moment. We should dream of tomorrow and focus on today. Remember the most important moment is now. While we dream of tomorrow we need to be present to appreciate the moment. Too often we don’t appreciate the moment until it is a memory. When you have one foot on yesterday and one foot on tomorrow you are stepping over today. Hug the one that makes today special for you.

Life lesson 47- Changes. Sometimes to get what you want you have to give up some of what you have. We need to walk away from the distractions of life. In order to figure out what you want out of life you need to know yourself. In order to know yourself you need to spend some time alone with peace and quiet. Take a walk and clear your mind to create your future.
Life Lesson 46- Get to know people. In today’s world of technology we no longer truly get to know people. If you truly want a real relationship with people you have to TALK to them and forget about text messaging, instant messaging and email. Pick up the phone and call them, they will appreciate the call.

Life Lesson 40- The News. We need to keep a positive attitude and in order to do that we need to filter what we listen to. We need to discover the negative influence that bombard us with negativity and limit the amount of time we are exposed to it. For me it is the local news and most talk radio programs. What is it you need to filter?

Life Lesson 39- Common sense. Don’t try to out think common sense because most of the time it will lead you astray. Many people over think and over analysis everything. When you over think things you miss the opportunity, you fail to act. The other problem is it drives you crazy by consuming your thoughts. Who do you know that over analysis everything?
Life Lesson 38- Be a Great Friend. Being a great friend is not about giving gifts. It is listening when you need to listen. It is helping when help is needed. It is protecting and defending. It is being strong and supportive. Most importantly is about being there and being loyal! When was the last time you were a great friend?
Life Lesson 37- The Secret to Success. The secret to success is there is no secret. All the experts and gurus want you to believe they have the secret to success. Success takes a good idea, planning, tracking, hard work, evaluation and they you start all over again. Now you have all the secrets you need to know. What are you going to do now, get it done or sit and complain how hard it is?

Life Lesson 36- Our Legacy. The legacy we leave behind is based on what did as people. What we did to help others, the words we used in times of need. Our legacy is not based on what we start but rather what we finish. Not what we attempt but rather what we complete. When was the last time you completed something worthwhile? When was the last time you were there to lend a time in a time of need?
Life Lesson 35- Know what matters. We need to know the difference between the things that matter and the ones that do not. When times are tough just think about what really matters. Is it the money is it your children? Is it the nice car or is it your family? Is it the problem you face or your best friend? When times get tough just remember what really matters!

Life Lesson 30- Your Inhibitions. In order to fully appreciate life we need to lose our inhibitions. We need to learn to let loose and worry about getting embarrassed. When we hold back we miss out on creating memories. My girls will always remember me dancing with them in the grocery store and singing to the kids in their class. Life Lesson 29- Your Mother. No matter how old you are when you’re hurting you want your mother. Nothing takes the pain away like the hug and comfort of your mother. I lost my mom a few years ago and to this day I still reach for the phone when something is wrong. No matter how bad it hurts mom will make it all better.

A little more information on Chase.
Countrywide is pushing to get though the deals faster. Their defult rate is up 50% in the last two months. They will go directly to foreclosure if you get denied after the 90 day trial modification.
FDIC has sold $1 billion on commercial notes for $233 million. I smell and IndyMac deal all over again.

I just got the insider word that Chase is having a big push to finish the month strong. They will be working files all through the weekend approving most anything. If you have a chase file you need to get it in and start negotiating in the next couple of days.
